Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Senior Estimator III to lead electrical estimates for design/build projects. Remote in Arizona with cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, high-quality bids.

The role supervises the Estimating team and reports to the Assistant Chief Estimator. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial/high tech settings, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of electrical estimating experience in commercial/industrial/high tech industry.
5 years' experience with a design/build contractor.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Create and communicate company standards for estimating electrical design/build and plans and specs work.
May create, maintain and upgrade the company estimating system, database (units and prices) and assemblies.
Communicate and partner with project managers and general contractors to ensure a high-quality estimate is delivered on time.
Manage quotation process with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that pricing incorporates all scope items.
