Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in electrical estimating or project management or related electrical construction role.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and contract documents.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for site visits; travel is typically limited.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates.
• Build and manage bids using AccuBid and Viewpoint.
• Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, and internal teams for labor planning and procurement.
• Support contract administration with change orders and schedules of values.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
