Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator in Ohio to lead cost estimation for mission-critical, data center, industrial, and large commercial projects. You will review drawings, produce detailed takeoffs, and develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews.

This role requires NEC expertise, proficiency in Accubid Anywhere, Bluebeam, and Excel, plus strong communication and multi-project coordination. Collaboration with vendors and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience with mission critical/data centers, industrial construction, large commercial construction, design-build projects, or fast-track construction environments.
• Proficiency with Accubid Anywhere or similar estimating software.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Blueprint and specification interpretation.
• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
