Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of cost estimation experience on large-scale and complex projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., McCormick) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects.
• Analyze project blueprints, specs, and documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Prepare and review bid proposals, ensuring alignment with client specs.
• Lead and mentor junior estimators and support staff.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates for scope changes.
