Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Cost Estimator to lead detailed cost estimation for hyperscale data center projects in the United States. You will work with engineering, construction and procurement teams to deliver accurate, defensible estimates that inform budgets and schedules.

The role requires 7+ years in electrical estimating, proficiency with Accubid/ConEst/McCormick/Bluebeam, and strong knowledge of power distribution, generation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in electrical disciplines.
• 7+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably in data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, UPS, and site infrastructure.
• Experience with estimating tools and BIM-based data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of detailed electrical cost estimates for hyperscale data center projects.
• Takeoffs from drawings / BIM models, including distribution, substations, and lighting.
• Develop pricing models for labor, materials and equipment aligned to budgets.
• Review bids, identify risks, and support cost reviews with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to estimating standards.
