Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Freezer, Manufacturing, or Industrial projects ranging from $100K to $10M.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and estimating processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate estimates, sketches, proposals, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate contracts and communication with clients.
• Draft/Track bid RFIs and Change Orders throughout project duration.
• Prepare and present budget information and manage project documents.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, specifications, and township requirements.
