Job summary

Ocean Coast Electric LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator for our Monroe Twp, NJ office. You will evaluate leads and assess bids, producing estimates for projects ranging from $100K to $10M in various sectors. Qualified candidates should have over 5 years of experience in electrical estimating, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in project management software. Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial, freezer, manufacturing, or industrial tenant fit-out.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and construction estimating.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate estimates, sketches, proposals, and budgets.
• Ensure well-written contracts to protect the company's interests.
• Identify project opportunities and assess project risks.
• Prepare and present cost/budget information.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project awards.
