Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical estimating experience, 10+ years preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
• Experience estimating ground-up commercial, multifamily, residential, industrial, or institutional projects.
• Experience with electrical estimating software such as Accubid, McCormick, ConEst, or similar platforms.
• Ability to independently develop accurate estimates, perform takeoffs, solicit subcontractor/vendor pricing, and participate in bid reviews.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Job description

Work Environment: Primarily Office-Based

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Typical 40–45 hour work week, with additional hours during peak bid periods

Industry: Experience with multifamily, commercial, residential, or other ground-up construction preferred
