Job summary
WSP is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Electrical Engineer for the San Francisco area to lead electrical infrastructure design across utilities, transportation, and building projects. You will guide a team in SF and Sacramento offices, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-efficient solutions while coordinating with architectural, mechanical, systems, and other disciplines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience as an electrical engineer for capital projects.
- Engineer license required.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70- NEC and related regulations.
- Experience coordinating with adjacent disciplines and managing design teams.
Responsibilities
- Direct segments of a major project and apply engineering concepts and techniques.
- Analyze complex problems requiring new techniques or procedures.
- Monitor project progress for technical accuracy, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with other design disciplines and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for review and approval.
- Perform design tasks with independent judgement on electrical infrastructure.
