Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years in hardware R&D designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex boards.
• 4+ years in a managerial/leadership role in aerospace or high-reliability environments.
• Strong knowledge of hardware test methodologies, data analysis, and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of electrical engineers across two offices.
• Oversee design, development, and testing of electrical systems for spacecraft.
• Allocate resources to meet project goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and quality procedures.
