Talent Solutions Partners is assisting a privately owned medical device manufacturer in East Tennessee by recruiting a Senior Engineering Manager. This role is based in Knoxville, TN and will lead a combined Electrical and Mechanical Engineering team to deliver advanced electromechanical medical devices.

You will drive development, testing, safety compliance, and production initiatives while mentoring engineers in a small, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Requires BSEE or MSEE and 10+ years of engineering management experience in medical devices.
• Experience with high-power RF amplifiers and high-current power supplies is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of EE and ME engineers to develop electromechanical medical devices.
• Guide development, testing, safety compliance, and production processes.
• Mentor engineers and foster talent within a small, high-impact team.
• Collaborate across groups to minimize bureaucracy.
