Job summary

Henderson Group Recruiting seeks a Senior Engineering Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead a combined EE/ME team in developing high-tech electromechanical medical devices. You will guide development, testing, safety compliance and production while mentoring engineers to advance talent in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering management within medical devices and BSEE/MSEE. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE and/or MSEE degrees.
• 10+ years engineering management experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience designing complex medical devices with high-power RF amplifiers and high-current power supplies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in the development of electromechanical medical devices.
• Oversee development, testing, safety compliance and production of electromechanical systems for medical applications.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent within a small, high-impact team.
