Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years of leadership or management experience in a technical role.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and manage a group of engineers.
• Oversee project logistics and resource allocation.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
