Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license and industry-related training certifications preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Responsibilities
- Schedule department personnel and resources with management.
- Conduct performance reviews and mentoring; participate in hiring.
- Review department procedures and design/drafting tools for productivity and quality.
- Lead electrical engineering on projects and oversee equipment specification and start-up.
