TYLin seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Lead to oversee planning, design, and execution of electrical systems for industrial, infrastructure, utility, and facility projects. This role leads small teams, mentors junior staff, and ensures quality, scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, utilities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, develop reports and construction documents, and support proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of electrical consulting or related engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; ability to obtain additional state PE licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Lead Electrical Engineer and Engineer of Record on projects.
• Mentor a team of 1–3 electrical engineers and designers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality.
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership.

This individual serves as the Lead Electrical Engineer on projects with electrical design fees up to approximately $500,000 and is accountable for technical quality, project execution, client satisfaction, and team coordination.The successful candidate will lead small electrical design teams, provide mentorship to junior staff, manage scope, schedule, and budget performance, and collaborate with clients, utilities, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
