Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment involving electrical distribution equipment, preferably transformers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for electrical design and development of distribution transformers.
• Prepare, validate, and review detailed designs and technical documents.
• Interpret and apply relevant industry standards to ensure compliance.

Skills

Proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools (CAD, FEA, simulation software)

Strong knowledge of distribution transformer design

Strong understanding of electrical wiring practices

Basic understanding of sheet-metal and tank fabrication

Strong project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams

Education
