Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on department design guides, standards, systems, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with quality programs and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations for large projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams on complex projects.
• Identify client interests and align project work accordingly.
• Support business development activities and potential services to clients.
• Act as technical specialist across broad areas and mentor staff.
