Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Mukilteo, WA to lead designs from concept to delivery for space and defense systems. This role emphasizes technical leadership, supporting new business development, and mentorship of junior engineers. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and significant experience in aerospace or defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, and/or avionics.
• Knowledge of military specifications and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead role in electrical design, development, test, and analysis.
• Generate designs considering ESD, EMI, and other environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and support hiring activities.
