• Own the mid-level Adaptability workstream that unblocks the Newark, DE roadmap
• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level technology initiatives
• Keep Kafka schemas backward-compatible so no breaking upgrades
• Champion engineering excellence and continuous learning within Wealth Management Corp
• Refactor the technology module Wealth Management Corp has been afraid to touch
• Turn Spring Boot on-call noise into meaningful alerts
• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with the user base
