Anduril Industries in McHenry, MS is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the electrical design and compliance for automated production equipment at the Solid Rocket Motor plant. You will ensure safe power distribution, add new lines, and lead electrical integration activities on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 4+ years in industrial settings, and familiarity with NFPA 70/70E.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar required.
4+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial/production environments.
Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices.
Experience with industrial power distribution including transformers, panels, grounding.
Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN for drawing creation/review.
Electrical troubleshooting up to 600VAC; U.S. Person due to access control.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical design and design review for production equipment and facility power.
Maintain internal electrical standards, drawing conventions, and code compliance.
Review contractor electrical packages, such as panels and load calculations.
Coordinate with facilities, construction, and external engineering firms on power distribution.
Specify electrical equipment for new and modified production lines.
Ensure compliance with NFPA 70/70E and hazardous location requirements.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical failures.
Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.
