Job summary

Aerostar, a TCOM business unit, seeks a Staff Electrical Engineer to design, test, and support advanced electrical systems including GHz RF, FPGA-based architectures, and mixed-signal electronics.

Responsibilities cover system-level design, PCB layouts in Altium, lab validation, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external customers. Requires hands-on wiring, debugging, and mentorship within a safety-conscious lab.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in modern electronic system design and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with high-speed digital circuits and FPGA-based architectures.
• Hands-on lab validation and prototype bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on critical engineering projects.
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and FPGA logic for complex systems.
• Design, test, and debug high-speed interfaces and embedded processors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
• Create and maintain design documentation throughout the lifecycle.
