Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical or computer engineering.
• Experience with radar fundamentals and signal processing pipelines.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing and real-time systems.
• Experience designing or reviewing custom PCB solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, C, C++, MATLAB.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and integration of advanced electrical systems for diverse applications.
• Develop signal processing and machine learning algorithms for engineering problems.
• Oversee hardware-in-the-loop and real-time test environments; guide PCB development efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers; contribute to strategic technical direction.
