Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and integration of advanced electrical systems for diverse applications. You will mentor engineers, drive signal processing and ML tasks, and oversee hardware-in-the-loop testing and PCB development.

The role requires 10+ years in electrical/computer engineering, strong Python/C++/MATLAB skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.
• Experience with signal processing algorithm development and optimization.
• Experience with applying advanced ML methods including CNNs/RNNs to engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, development, testing, and integration of advanced electrical systems and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Oversee hardware-in-the-loop and real-time test environments and guide PCB development.
