Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Power Uprate Project at Beaver Valley. The role operates independently to identify tasks and gather information needed to meet Vistra objectives and to solve complex technical problems.

The position requires developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support Vistra initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred from an accredited program).
• Minimum 6 yrs. relevant job experience ideal

Responsibilities

• Identifies and performs task as required to meet objectives
• Lead interpretation and analysis of complex issues
• Coordinates assigned projects, studies and initiatives through completion
• Comply with safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Prepare and present reports including recommendations to resolve complex issues
• Participate in and on occasion lead special project and committees including external organizations
• Lead complex problem - solving efforts
