• Strong understanding of dielectrics, thermal behavior, and electrical stress.
• Experience with electromechanical product development preferred.
• Experience with electrical component design, wiring schematics, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and evaluate systems to create drawings and BOMs.
• Prepare specifications and control schematics based on customer specs.
• Lead engineers in problem solving, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze proposals, requirements, specs, and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve design and performance.
