CyberCoders, Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design, delivery, and commissioning of MV/LV power systems for industrial and commercial projects. You will manage BOMs, drawings, and cross‑discipline coordination to meet schedule, budget, and safety goals.

You will mentor junior engineers, interface with clients and contractors, and drive ERP-based procurement while ensuring NEC/IEEE/IEC compliance and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing medium- and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience preparing BOMs and working with ERP procurement workflows.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical drawings and Bluebeam for PDF markups.
• Familiarity with NEC, IEEE and IEC codes and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of MV/LV power distribution systems and protection coordination.
• Prepare BOMs, equipment specs, and material takeoffs for procurement and estimation.
• Create and review construction drawings and submittals; manage revisions and document control.
• Coordinate electrical scope with multi-discipline teams for seamless integration.
• Use ERP to track materials, place orders, and monitor project costs.
• Provide on-site and remote support during construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in process improvements.
