Exemplar Global is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, Power Systems PE, to lead power distribution and building electrical systems design in the Baltimore area. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and architects, and mentor engineers to ensure compliance with NEC/IEEE codes.

Join a collaborative team at a respected engineering consultancy serving commercial, institutional, and government clients. A PE license and extensive power systems experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years electrical engineering experience.
• Strong background in power systems and electrical infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM, ETAP, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEEE and applicable electrical codes.
• Project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000 to $165,000 per year
Relocation: Assistance available

Lead power distribution and building systems design at an established engineering consulting firm, guiding teams and client relationships across commercial, institutional, and government projects.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience
• Strong background in power systems and electrical infrastructure design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM, ETAP, or similar tools
