Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related discipline) required.
• EIT or FE exam in states where applicable within 18 months of hire.
• 5 years of relevant experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic to highly complex electrical designs for master plans, power systems, protection and generation models, and facility power systems.
• Perform power system studies and electrical calculations including lighting simulations, layouts, and fire alarm/security analyses.
• Conduct site reviews and technical studies to confirm conditions and update design criteria accordingly.
• Contribute to Technical Knowledge Management by drafting white papers and case studies.
• Prepare and submit technical papers for publication in industry journals.
• Assist sales in developing proposals and ensure alignment with standards and codes.
• Meet with clients to understand design needs and develop technical solutions.
• Attend industry events to strengthen expertise and firm visibility in collaboration with sales staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff; supervise project work as assigned.
