Lead complex power distribution and generation projects, influence critical technical decisions, and help deliver high-impact industrial infrastructure in a senior EPC leadership role. As a Senior Electrical Engineer with EPC experience, you will lead complex industrial power distribution and power generation projects. This is a senior technical leadership role for an engineer with strong electrical depth, sound engineering judgment, and proven success leading multidisciplinary teams in demanding project environments. You will guide key technical decisions, oversee project execution from concept through commissioning, and serve as a trusted partner to customers, project managers, vendors, and internal teams. While this role requires working knowledge of instrumentation and controls to coordinate broader EIC execution, deep expertise in every I&C specialty is not required. This position is based in Charleston, WV, with typical travel of 15%‑25%.
