Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Safety Design Process: risk assessment, mitigation, testing and validation of safety systems.
• Contractor oversight to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Project management: scope, budget, justification, procurement, installation, testing and handover.
• Develop hardware assembly and wiring diagrams for control systems.
• Develop PLC ladder logic, function blocks and HMI programming.
• Interface plant equipment via hardwired interfaces and industrial networks.
• Apply closed loop controls to dynamic systems.
• Prepare BOM and coordinate with vendors for supply.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and other engineering teams to resolve issues.
