About The Role
As a Senior Substation Physical Design Engineer, you will lead teams and/or contribute to project teams to develop custom engineering solutions that directly support our customers’ toughest challenges. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving industry and wants to make a visible impact through technical excellence and innovative thinking.
This position includes a remote work schedule, giving you the freedom to contribute meaningfully—without relocating—while teaming up with a dynamic, nationwide crew that collaborates seamlessly across time zones.

The posted compensation for this position will vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and geographic location, and will be determined in accordance with applicable pay equity and wage transparency laws. For candidates in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Minnesota, this range reflects the good‑faith compensation the company reasonably expects to pay under applicable state transparency laws. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan, profit sharing, and benefits.
