Job summary

GForce Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client in Tarrytown, NY. The role focuses on electrical distributed power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, UPS and low voltage systems for major capital projects from design through closeout.

The engineer will lead design teams, work with PMs, EHS and operations, perform due diligence, and ensure field conditions meet project goals while mitigating risk and controlling costs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SharePoint and Bluebeam Revu.
Experience with IWMS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead design teams and Construction Managers through pre-construction, design, bidding and construction administration.
Oversee electrical systems for labs, vivarium, pilot scale manufacturing and related facilities.
Collaborate with project team to document electrical system requirements and ensure compliance and quality.
