This position emphasizes power distribution design, client coordination, and coordinating with project teams to meet budget and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Performing and supervising electrical design for building projects, focusing on power distribution
• Meeting with clients to validate scope of work for electrical services
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design integration
• Mentoring junior engineers, EITs, and designers and ensuring quality control
• Supporting bidding and construction phase services, including RFI responses and shop drawing reviews
• Leading staff training and contributing to department process improvements
