Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and manufacturing of advanced electronic systems for innovative medical devices. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Electrical Engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA concept development, design, prototyping, manufacturing, and troubleshooting.
• Analog and digital circuit design.
• Embedded electrical systems.
• PCB design using Cadence and/or Altium.
• Experience debugging electrical systems using oscilloscopes and test equipment.
• Strong PCB layout and signal integrity knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for embedded systems.
• Lead PCBA design activities from concept to manufacturing and troubleshooting.
• Create and review PCB layouts using Cadence and/or Altium.
• Perform electrical design verification, debugging, and validation with lab equipment.
• Develop embedded electrical designs and support system integration.
• Analyze signal integrity and board-level PCB design issues.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Firmware, Systems, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
• Support design verification, validation, design reviews, and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for product quality, manufacturability, reliability.
