Job summary

Cimarron Software Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the Sentinel program in an on-site role. You will lead electrical design, calculations, and equipment sizing for medium-to-large projects across multiple Bechtel sites, ensuring compliance with codes and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen due to facility security requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing drawings, calculations, and specifications for electrical systems in nuclear or industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, modification, and evaluation of electrical generation, transmission, and storage components and processes.
• Create new design drawings using AutoCAD, including single-line diagrams and schematics.
• Perform power system analysis and calculations using ETAP.
• Size and specify electrical equipment and perform NFPA 70 compliant sizing.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate deliverables for quality and compliance.
