Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Engineer to perform advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. The role requires extensive knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations and the ability to make technical decisions.

The position is on-site with potential for outage support and emergency response duties. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and five years of nuclear-related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5 years of nuclear experience or related engineering experience.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard, "Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants".
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access and pass medical examination and/or testing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth engineering analysis to develop, manage and implement engineering programs.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Provide complete task management of engineering issues.
• Perform engineering tasks applying engineering principles.
