Job description

Responsibilities

1. Electrical Design with the capabilities and the initiative to perform the following tasks with supervisory/mentor assistance as required
2. Design computations; prepare estimates, bill of materials, construction drawings, and other engineering documents
3. Participate in client meetings to determine job requirements, discuss progress of job related problems, and find solutions to those problems
4. Assist the discipline engineer or senior or principal designer in the development of the design portion of the work
5. Review design drawings to ensure correct engineering and client approval
6. Must have the ability to ensure project is within scope, budget, and schedule

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
2. 6+ years of technical training in design and drafting
3. Strong background in everyday use of Revit
4. Strong attention to detail is required
5. Basic experience with AutoCAD or Microstation
6. Solid Microsoft Office skills
7. Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
8. Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

$95,000 - $150,000 a year
