Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to deliver comprehensive building engineering solutions across diverse clients. You will lead, coordinate, and provide functional leadership for planning, organization, control, integration and completion of complex projects involving electrical systems, lighting, UPS, and fire alarms.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (ABET Accredited), 15+ years of experience, and PE registration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from ABET Accredited program.
15+ years of related experience and/or training.
Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex ideas and motivate teams.
Advanced financial knowledge to perform complex calculations and support decisions.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret information and evaluate solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead projects as Engineer of Record (EOR) and guide team members across technical studies, design, and drawings.
Coordinate with designers, owners, and contractors for project execution.
Plan and organize engineering programs to meet project requirements and budgets.
Review calculations and ensure accuracy of outputs from software.
Mentor team members and ensure adherence to engineering standards and document releases.
