Olsson is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Missouri to lead the design and implementation of high-impact electrical projects within our Facility Engineering and Design Team. You will guide teams, ensure design integrity, and develop best practices that elevate project outcomes and client satisfaction.

You bring extensive engineering experience and a PE license, enabling you to mentor others and drive innovations that improve communities and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• A minimum of eight years of engineering experience.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to Olsson's high standards.
• Employ advanced engineering concepts and innovative strategies to navigate and solve project challenges, enhancing project outcomes and technical solutions.
• Oversee quality assurance and control to maintain project excellence, coupled with leading research initiatives to address significant engineering hurdles with creative solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship, guiding team members through complex projects and contributing to their professional growth and development.
• Champion the development and refinement of engineering practices and standards, ensuring continuous improvement and positioning Olsson at the forefront of engineering excellence.
