Job summary

RTM Engineering Consultants is seeking an Electrical Engineer III to design electrical systems, create construction drawings, and provide ongoing support through the construction process across multiple offices.

This role coordinates with design teams and clients, oversees junior engineers, and ensures QA/QC and compliance with codes. A 4-year engineering degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
• Expert knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Knowledge of engineering drafting standards and electrical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides electrical design elements and construction drawings.
• Manages project timelines and client communication.
• Coordinates QA/QC processes and project documentation.
• Mentors junior engineers and supports onboarding.
• Coordinates with design team and clients through construction.
