Job summary

Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC) in Warner Robins, GA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and execute advanced engineering work in Electronic Warfare and Avionics. On-site, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams, analyze concepts, and implement robust electrical solutions that meet customer needs and program objectives.

Qualifications include US citizenship, ability to obtain a DoD security clearance, and an advanced engineering degree with several years of relevant experience;

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and eligibility for DoD clearance.
Senior technical lead with strong cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Experience in electrical engineering for defense aviation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform detailed engineering efforts in electrical systems for EW and avionics.
Organize and participate in cross-functional design teams and reviews.
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, delivering schedules and technical risk assessments.
