Job summary

System One is seeking an Electrical Engineer, PE in Tucson, AZ for a direct-hire, full-time position. You will oversee electrical design as the Engineer of Record, ensuring compliance with NEC and project specifications while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a PE license, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and 4–6 years of relevant experience. The position offers a hybrid model (onsite and remote) with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required and PE license is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with REVIT, NEC, and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical design solutions as Engineer of Record (EOR).
• Analyze and evaluate electrical systems against specs and standards.
• Draft blueprints, visit job sites, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff; may supervise others.
• Resolve complex technical issues with minimal escalation.
