Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 8–10+ years in electrical design and product development.
• Experience with Altium, KiCad, Cadence, Mentor Graphics or Eagle.
• IoT-connected embedded systems with Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee; cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of 3-phase BLDC motor drives and analog/digital circuits.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers and timing analyzers.
• Familiarity with reliability testing (environmental, safety, EMI/EMC).

Responsibilities

• Design ownership from concept to manufacturing release.
• Analyze requirements, develop electrical architectures and PCB layouts.
• Verify circuits and lead design reviews.
• Build prototypes, execute test plans, ensure compliance (HALT, UL, CE).
• Collaborate with product/firmware/mechanical teams; maintain docs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
