Job summary

Stiles is seeking an experienced engineer to manage design projects for HMNA machinery. You will lead electrical engineering efforts, develop assemblies, and create schematics for multiple machine platforms, while traveling up to two months domestically and internationally.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, strong project management, and the ability to work across disciplines with limited supervision, ensuring on-time delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply engineering methodology in a professional setting.
• Apply a standard NPD process in manufacturing.
• Prioritize daily tasks based on production needs and project timing.
• Apply Electrical Engineering principles to project tasks.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment and control systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects within time and cost budgets.
• Provide project summaries and manage Stage Gate processes.
• Keep project information organized through the lifecycle.
• Ensure work completes on-time as a salaried associate.
• Develop electrical assemblies for HMNA machines.
• Create electrical schematics and plans for machine platforms.
• Support production by answering electrical questions.
• Create work instructions and SOPs for HMNA disciplines.
• Assist other engineering disciplines with standard work.
