Bechtel is seeking an experienced electrical engineer for the Fab 62 project at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, AZ. You will lead design, development, modification and evaluation of electrical components and systems to meet complex project requirements and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with multiple disciplines, guide junior engineers, and ensure timely delivery of engineered solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of NEC code and ANSI/IEEE standards.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines.
• Experience as electrical responsible engineer for medium to large material requisitions (Transformers, Switchgear, Substations, UPS).
• Experience with ETAP, SKM and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of medium and low voltage systems and switchgear.
• Knowledge of power system one-lines, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical raceway design and grounding.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Electrical Engineering (Power).
• Experience as Sr. Engineer on large industrial projects.
• Experience coordinating design across multi-office EPC teams.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and applies electrical engineering methods to small-to-mid size projects.
• Performs electrical system studies including load flow, voltage drop, short circuit and motor starting.
• Designs and evaluates electrical components and processes per project requirements.
• Prepares conceptual studies, designs, reports or proposals.
• Coordinates electrical engineering efforts with client, vendors, and construction teams.
• Mentors junior electrical personnel and provides technical guidance.
