Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field required.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; ability to interpret complex drawings.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design efforts and produce construction drawings for projects.
• Coordinate with design teams and clients throughout the construction process.
• Prepare accurate proposals and engineering agreements.
• Develop electrical construction documents suitable for permitting.
• Conduct QA/QC to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee on-boarding and training.
