Responsibilities

• Support the company with the design of complex electrical systems.
• Lead the preparation of 2- and 3-dimensional construction documents using Revit.
• Prepare documents, calculations, and energy modeling studies for the LEED certification process.
• Lead design efforts working closely with our in-house disciplines, architectural clients, and building owners.
• Plan project production process.
• Lead the performance of contract administration duties of site visits, submittal review and contractor assistance.
• Perform project management of a multi-discipline team of engineers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrates proficiency withRevit.
• Demonstrates a high-level understanding of electrical system concepts.
• Ability to design and manage largecomplex electrical building systems.
• Possess a solid technical base with desire to learn, lead, and grow intoone of the firm’s lead electrical engineers and project management for building types including healthcare, higher education, science and technology, workplace, and many others.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, have good follow-through, and practice self-implemented quality control measures.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degreein Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• PE required
• Eight+ (8+) yearsexperience in the Electrical consulting business, (large systems) preferred.
