Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 10-15+ years of related experience required.
• HVAC equipment or Datacenter/IT hardware experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions to meet client needs.
• Create, review, and approve electrical drawings, proposals, BOMs, production drawings, and documentation.
• Support training, startup, and commissioning of equipment.
• Review product design for compliance with engineering principles and standards.
• Participate in engineering of current/new products using phased or stage-gate processes.
• Collaborate with production to enhance design, quality, and productivity.
• Work with suppliers and external engineers to resolve issues and qualify components.
• Create and execute test plans for electrical hardware and systems.
• Apply root cause and corrective action methodology.
• Resolve complex technical issues creatively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
