Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to advance battery management electronics and controls for energy storage systems. You will shape low-level circuit design, integrate high-voltage layouts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across products.

The role involves leading verification testing, developing testing equipment, and mentoring engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable energy storage solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in electronics design.
• Experience with high-voltage systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement low-level electronic circuits with isolation and microcontroller control.
• Design circuit board layouts for high-impedance signals with creepage/clearance in mind.
• Support safety certifications (UL/IEC) with documentation and testing.
• Lead verification testing of components and product designs; ensure performance and safety.
• Create design reports and maintain thorough design records and manuals.
• Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing and field teams.
