Blue Origin in Longmont, CO is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead electronic motion control product design. You will develop electronic architectures, drive schematic capture and PCB layouts, and mentor a technical team through design reviews and lab testing.

We are seeking technically brilliant individuals who are passionate about their work, thrive in collaborative environments, and have a laser focus on the details that drive excellence. As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will support the development, design, test, and manufacturing of Honeybee Robotics’ electronic Motion Control products. Starting with proposal support and labor estimates, you will shepherd multi-board designs through development, eventually transitioning a flight-ready product to the manufacturing and test engineering teams. You will take charge of electronic design in project teams, help develop processes, lead design reviews, and collaborate with customers. This includes informal team task management, reviewing the work of other team members, and documenting work appropriately to get to “done.” We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
